UNISTEEL supplies carbon and alloy seamless pipes and tubes from various international specifications and origins.    

 

Seamless pipes are shaped by rolling a preheated billet between offset roll to crate a tube shell.The tube shell is then elongated in a multi-stand rolling mill (with a mandrel) to achieve the desired wall thickness and a limited range of diameters. The seamless pipe is then finished to dimensional and wall thickness specifications in sizes from 1/8 inches to 26 inch OD. At high rolling speeds / pressures, the arrangement creates stress in the center, that facilitates its piercing with a pointed bar or plug, to generate a tube shell.
